    I bought an Asus T100 that came with a 50$ rebate. My mom and her husband needed a computer/tablet so she asked me to buy one for them as well.     Can you tell me why Newegg made Polish version, if almost all black friday deals are unavailable for Polish customers? I wont tell anything about prices, because shipping cost are horrible (some small things like music card - can be shipped for 120$!!)     I'm trying to cancel an order. the first thing that happened is that I was sent to a page saying "the server is undergoing maintenence" so my order will not be canceled.     HORROR STORY! My brand-new Dynadock port replicator failed within a day. Unfortunately, I had discarded the box it came in.   • Would not refund money on defective laptop.

    I purchased an Acer laptop form this company. 4 days after purchasing it, it went on sale and I requested a price match. They refused to credit my preferred account for the matching difference and issued a customer care gift card for $80. 2 weeks after purchase, I discovered the keypad was not working on any of the programs.     On NEWEGG%u2019S website the Power Supply I purchased had/has a $30.00 mail-in Rebate.     This review has been resolved or replied to by this company. I bought a Newsmy P72 from Newegg/Tomtop and I realized that it did not work on battery, though the battery was full.     OMG i ordered a package from on saturday. It started in Tennesee and it takes 6 days to make it its way to Va. Not only can i not pick it up at a fedex location its actually being delivered by the Postal Service.     "I order a part from Newegg on 5/9/2013, the order did not come? this is the first time this has happen.     Awful customer service. I purchased a computer with an extended service plan for my wife this Christmas. The computer came badly damaged, so I returned it.     Terrible customer service. I ordered 2 things from them. 1) a CPU heat sink, and 2) a Blu ray drive. The heat sink was missing a small pin in the hold down assembly.     This review has been resolved or replied to by this company. Newegg customer service is horrible. They don't honor customer's 30 day return warranty.     I recently purchased a digital camera and on the web site there was a combo gift offer. I clicked on it and it showed up on my cart on the computer screen. When I received the product the combo items did not come with it. contacted newegg and they said "sorry, the combo deal ran out the day prior to you placing our order."     This is a great site. They had a record holiday season this year and it's amazing how much they've grown over the years. I have been a long time customer and think they do a great job. I have been a long time customer since the beginning. I purchase IT for work and purchase between Tiger, CDW, and many more. I've dealt with NewEgg for quite a few years and all I have for them is praise. Can't claim that I've been tickled pink with EVERY purchase, but NewEgg doesn't manufacture the goods, just resells it. I personally pay a lot of attention to how products are reviewed by previous customers.

NewEgg does their job efficiently with minimum fuss. Products show up on time or early, prices are always the lowest or close to it. I've placed and received hundreds of orders with them. Most of the complaints I've seen on this board are from people who have "out of the ordinary" dealings with NewEgg. Either someone disappointed about a sold out Black Friday special or suspect NewEgg of identity theft. One person was even upset over a customer's review of a product. Get a life people!

If what you want to do is buy a product at a good price and have it shipped to you quickly then use a (good) credit or debit card, place the order online and presto it shows up at your door faster than you thought it would.
